Erik McNair

President and CEO

Erik McNair, MSCE, MSEE, has more than 25 years of experience with business development, project management, and management consulting for clients in the federal, state, and local sectors. With extensive knowledge of federal contracting, acquisition, and costing, he has supported both civilian and defense agencies such as the Departments of Homeland Security, Defense, Labor, Interior, and Commerce. He has developed solicitations and acquisition plans and provided proposal evaluation and source selection support with a focus on enterprise information technology.

Erik is knowledgeable about business processes associated with bid and proposal development, direct materials procurement, inventory management, teaming agreements, and project management. Erik spent 11 years as a Principal at SRA International, working closely with diverse corporate and subcontractor teams under high-pressure timeframes to successfully respond to large multi-million dollar federal GWAC/IDIQ enterprise IT solicitations. He assessed solicitation requirements, crafted effective solicitation response strategies and wrote, evaluated, and edited substantive, non-technical proposal components.

Erik spent the first ten years of his career in the environmental engineering field working at the federal, state, and local levels with an emphasis on hazardous waste site remediation, facility planning, and water resource management. He has Master’s degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UVA and Vanderbilt.

Christie Wills

Consultant

Christie Wills, MPA, is a certified facilitator, coach and communications professional with over twenty years of experience in communications and public relations expertise, and more than ten years of leadership experience in organizational development, research, analysis, and project management.

 

Certified in both Appreciative Inquiry and Public Process Facilitation, she has led planning and organizational growth workshops for organizations with 15-600+ members.

 

Previously, Christie was Vice President of Local Issues with the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce and Director of internal and external communication for the Episcopal Diocese of Southwestern Virginia. She served as a board member and vice-chair of the Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority. She has a Master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis on strategic management principles.
